I have an error message that says: NICCONFIGSVC.exe-Application Error. I need to remove this error. I cannot do anything on my computer with this error.

Consider using msconfig or Autoruns to manipulate the items that load when Windows starts or you log in. Check for nicconfigsvc.exe. Then disable it. That should get rid of the message. It sounds like a program from Dell - "Internal Network Card Power Management Service". Check the Dell support site for updates to this item; uninstall the version that is currently on your system, and then and install the update - see if that helps.
